Some Rules and Reminders You Shouldn't Forget

• The Ybor Resort and Spa is a Private Men's Health Club, not open to the general public.
• The Ybor Resort and Spa is a gay oriented business. If you are offended by association or by behavioral contact with gay persons, we request that you do not patronize this establishment.
• Membership Card or Photo I.D. must be presented upon registration.
• Membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• All member information is kept confidential. We DO NOT share information with anyone.
• Prostitution is not allowed. Ybor Resort and Spa Management reserves the right to suspend membership due to inappropriate conduct.
• Member agrees to keep and obey all rules and regulations now in force or in the future prescribed by the Spa for the use of Spa facilities and the equipment and facilities therein including rule, attire and personal hygiene.
• Member must use a towel while inside the Spa.
• No drugs are allowed inside the Club.
• There is no smoking of cigarettes or tobacco in any air-conditioned areas. Smoking is allowed in outdoor designated “Smoking Areas” only.
• Chewing gum is not allowed inside the club.
• Members by their use of this facility are accepting complete responsibility and total liability for all loss, damages and /or injury of any kind without exception.
• The member agrees that the club will not be liable for any legal or medical expenses for injuries incurred within the premises.
• Member shall be subject to the control and guidance of Spa’s staff while in club’s facilities. Member agrees to conduct himself in a quiet and well-mannered fashion so as not to cause any disturbance which would interfere with the use and enjoyment of the club by other members.
• Under no circumstances will a member use foul, loud, or slanderous language, or harass, molest, or solicit other members. Any complaints, other than those of an emergency nature or requiring immediate action by club’s personnel, shall be made directly to the manager.
